Grilled Haloumi and Avocado Wrap

Makes: 1 Wrap

Ingredients:

100g Haloumi Cheese
1 Whole-wheat wrap or roti
60g Hummus
40g Sliced avocado
45g Mixed lettuce shredded
80g Mixed diced tomatoes onion and cucumber
5g Spelt flour
10ml Fresh herb dressing

Method:

Roll the Haloumi cheese in spelt flour
Grill the Haloumi cheese in lemon oil until brown squeeze a dash of lemon juice over the cheese.
Warm up the wrap (optional)

Fruit Smoothie

This is a great way to start your day 

Ingredients:

140g Mixed frozen fruit
1 tbsp Mixed ground nuts
60ml Vanilla yoghurt
1 tsp Honey
1 tbsp  Soya milk or rice milk powder (or Dr's Greens First/Supplement)
160ml Fruit juice of your choice

Method:

Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth drink.

Detox Juice Recipe

  1. 30ml wheat grass shot 
  2. 160ml pineapple juice or apple juice
  3. 30 ml celery
  4. 140ml Carrot Juice

Once you have all these ingredients just add to a glass and swirl them together

 

Raw chocolate Recipes

Raw Choc Mousse:
50ml coconut oil,
1 tsp honey,
1 Tbs raw cacao powder

Melt coconut oil and mix with honey. Mix in Cacao Powder.
Add more honey for a sweeter taste or more cacao powder for a more chocolatey flavour
