Your hosts:
Ariel had been a vegetarian since 1986 and in 2001 he became vegan,
excluding all animal derived ingredients from his diet. Ariel began to
formulate delicious vegan food options - that were also wheat free, gluten
free and sugar free – and in 2007 Free Food was born. Free Food is
growing from strength to strength and its relevance is becoming more
and more visible, immediate and necessary in our increasingly conscious
society and planet.
Neil’s mission in life is to make people better and happier human beings.
To this goal he has been teaching Bikram Yoga for more than two years
now. Yoga helps one connect to your well-being through your body.
Healing yourself from the inside out one posture at a time. What we eat
changes everything, and so neil is dedicated to informing people about
re-establishing their love for their bodies and their lives by eating wholesome
food. Nutritional guidance and holistic health counseling, one-on-one over a
period of time, helps people to heal themselves. Neil is aligned with The
Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. His teaching recognizes
bio-individuality and that there is no one diet for all. Neil advocates eating
wholesome, organic, easily prepared food.
